In your groups, you are to create a MINI MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION where you illustrate your understanding of the poem's THEME. You will use the iPad (Apple TV) or your own laptop or device to PRESENT for us next class. ALL MEMBERS WILL UPLOAD THEIR PRESENTATIONS ON THEIR BLOG.

1. READ AND DISCUSS THE POEM'S MEANING IN YOUR GROUPS
2. BIOGRAPHY: research/read about the author and any pertinent background that may help you with your analysis
3. DISCUSS THEME: with your partner. Locate 3 examples of evidence from the poem (brief quotes) that illustrate your understanding of the theme
4. MULTIMEDIA RESEARCH: locate appropriate images, videos, music etc to help illustrate your point
5. CREATE: a MULTIMEDIA presentation focusing on the THEME OF THE POEM.
6. FORMAT: egs. PREZI, KEYNOTE, POWERPOINT, DOODLEBUDDY, COMIC LIFE, GLOGSTER (POSTER)
MINIMUM OF 3 SLIDES (for the quotations from the poem)

WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CLASS TO WORK ON IT. YOUR MEDIA PRESENTATIONS EACH SHOULD NOT EXCEED MAX 2 MINUTES. IF YOU DO A POSTER (GLOG), THAT SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM.
